1. Planning, scheduling, realization support and documentation of production trials and new material qualification tests in all steps of the Combibloc system. Like new alternative materials (polymers, carton board, aluminum) qualification.

2. Close and interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments involved in development project activities.

3. Monitor trial production process and material property test (deep knowledge of relevant test methods and procedures) according to SIG packaging material quality specification.

跟踪、监控材料测试生产过程及根据SIG包装材料质量要求检测材料性能。

4. Project documentation and release procedures according to SIG Process Manual (Development Process).

跟据SIG研发手册相关项目研发流程，能够管理项目，并完成新项目验证过程。

5. Also support material integrity test in filling machine. Evaluation material properties (e.g. benefit dependency, adhesion) and packaging material manufacturing processes influence on the filled package integrity (interaction of materials / structures with sealing working-windows and -processes, OTR, opening performance) and interaction with filling machine parameters (MV1-3)

6. Optimize production process parameters based on different packaging material structures. (E.g. production- vs. pilot plant-coating plant).

8. Execute special assignments in the frame of company’s interest.
