Service Account Manager
The purpose of this role is to fulfill all technical and planning tasks in order to obtain and meet Customer expectations and satisfaction. Manage Line performance KPI‘s, efficiency, waste, etc, on a timely manner to achieve set targets. Manage FSE’s required skills and development
Key responsibilities
- Manage and Supervise the SIG FSE Team
- Ability to apply multiple leadership styles to deliver SIG SSA TS KPIs through people
- Resource planning and coordination for services, projects, ad hoc requests, breakdowns, development, etc
- Support and coordinate installation of filling lines
- Responsible for Service Master Plan development and execution for all customers in the region
- Customer relationship management through structured meetings and protocols
- Manpower planning and job assignment for daily/weekly tasks for production supervision
- Coordinating required training and development of Customer Technical and Operational Staff – skills matrix
- Spare parts coordination for Africa customers
- Supporting customers for spare parts management decisions on SIG equipment
- Registering customer complaints, assuring information flow and coordinating required actions on site and involved parties
- Support of the customers regarding chronic performance issues on SIG equipment
- Responsible for department and customer adhoc, daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Driver of VAPS, On Site Optimizations, and Must Points
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Required: University Degree in Engineering discipline and min 3yrs management experience
- Beneficial: Degree in Business Management
- Technology knowledge: 1-2yrs experience in aseptic industry and/or Food strongly preferred
- English Language: Proficiency in written & verbal English is a must.
- Other Language: Local Language and French is beneficial
