• Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) as per order of Supervisor / Buyer and follow up to the vendor
• Identify and evaluate sourcing potential (cost, lead times & Quantity Allocations etc.)
• Bundling the needs to optimize cost, inventory and meet delivery targets.
• Strategic supplier management: selection, qualification, evaluation.
• Secure all contracts with key suppliers, ensuring contracts (and any subsequent claims) are managed proactively.
• Key Focus Area:  Indirect Spend (Maintenance, repairs and utilities).
• FrameWorks- Methods of Savings and Objectives.
• Effective and proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast plans to meet purchase deadlines to the bundling of demands necessary.
• Reporting as necessary to the Line Manager as per business requirements.
• Converting PR to PO & send the PO to respective Vendors.
• Monitoring Order Confirmations with current delivery information.
• Support the direct line manager on operation projects as needed.

• English communication skills both oral and writing
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, Bachelor of Commerce/science, Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years Direct/Indirect procurement experience.
• SAP interface, Excel Experience is required.
• English language is a must.
