Pre-printing Leader
- Lead Preprint team to achieve defined plant and department KPIs.
- Keep good communication and relationship with customer, improve NPS score.
- Supplier management, cost reduction, cylinder inventory management, color management, design optimization etc.
- Communicate with customer, sales and agency in design preparation
- Prepare concerned documents for customer approval and for cylinder supplier proof preparation and cylinder production
- Inspect and audit design optimization and proofs according with SIG AW Guideline and specification
- Communicate with supplier to get high quality proofs and cylinders on time
- Continuous improvement on process control to achieve department zero design error and shorter lead time, support production to produce high quality cartons, support Production Planning for on-time delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree or above education background in Printing Technology, Graphic Designer, or related fields.
- Have at least 10 years work experience in Prepress, Graphic designer or related industrial business, able to handle customer requirements, complains etc. independently in a professional way
- Proficient in speaking, writing and reading of English language. Speak and write Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of computers and programs contained with Microsoft Office, SAP and other graphic software. Also has good background in Rotogravure printing technology, GMG Xrite color management, artwork designing.
- Knows how to deal with any type of people and culture. Self-motivated, pro-active, end result oriented and have an idea about office management and etiquette.
- Has leadership, marketing and time management skills
