You Maybe our new Technical Training Administrator

 

Importance and aim of the job :

 

Coordinate daily business activities as administrative interface to the team, internal departments and suppliers / vendors to achieve a good performance of the service 

team. Administrative support for maintaining, reporting and inputting of training records

 

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks:

  • Organize training rooms and facility, including printing / preparing of manuals and training materials
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for internal and customer training, and for other service-related activities as required
  • Accurately maintain the respective database for training delivery and planning, including recording of training expenses and cost allocation of training services
  • Communicate with suppliers / vendors for services, facility maintenance and material support
  • Provide monitoring and guidance of facility daily cleaning services and communicate with HR Department to ensure good performance
  • Provide Thai / English translation support for training documentation and delivery, including supporting trainers as required
  • Support budgeting process for planning, inputting of training bookings and creating the training calendar
  • Maintain the training calendar and communicate weekly updates to assigned persons
  • Support department administration tasks such as equipment procurement, including issuing supplier PO, order confirmation, Payment Voucher against supplier invoice, and process Goods Received / Goods Issued in SAP
  • Accomplish special tasks as assigned by supervisor and inline with the best interests of SIG Combibloc
