- Responsible for the plant project overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Organize and control project contractors and suppliers for all necessary project deliverable task, make time schedule for the project construction and process equipment procurement and installation, find out technical solution.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans.
- Manage and control project budget and resource allocation.
- Plan and schedule project timelines with project team, production, maintenance and contractors/suppliers, and keep in update.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, coordinate between supplier and production for equipment installation.
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions to project owner.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Monitor the equipment installation, ensure quality and follow up progress.
- Research and qualify a reliable supplier of machines and parts.
- Provide technical training as necessary to the project team.
- Prepare and follow up LSW sheet and daily accountability board.
- Keep working environment 5S.
