- Financial Planning & Analysis – Budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, variance analysis.
- Costing & Product Cost Management – Standard costing, BOM/routing costing, cost models, new product cost estimation.
- SAP Master Data & Cost Control – Maintain cost data, BOM, routing, material prices; ensure accuracy in SAP.
- Inventory & CAPEX Management – Inventory valuation, stock count, CAPEX review and spending control.
- Business Partnering – Work closely with plant management, SCM, and global teams; provide financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning, Reporting & Month-End
- Manage month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, monthly forecasting, and 5-year financial plans.
- Prepare cost center reports; highlight abnormal spending and propose improvements.
- Prepare X-Matrix KPIs, management decks, and lead financial review discussions.
2. Costing, SAP Master Data & Product Costing
- Own costing model and provide standard product cost (Excel-based).
- Maintain standard cost, BOM, routing, and new material prices in SAP.
- Coordinate with SCM and Global Master Data teams on cost-related master data.
- Estimate product cost for new product development with Global Marketing/R&D.
3. Inventory, Provision & Compliance
- Monitor inventory revaluation and provisions.
- Coordinate yearly physical stock count.
- Ensure SOX compliance and support external audit inquiries.
4. CAPEX Review & Asset Management
- Review non-filler CAPEX and coordinate approvals.
- Monitor CAPEX spending for sleeves production plant.
- Review non-filler CAPEX and coordinate CEO/GEB submission with global teams.
- Monitor CAPEX spending across the APS cluster.
5. Business Partnering, Analysis & Strategic Projects
- Provide proactive financial consultation and cost-efficiency guidance.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support plant strategy, direction setting, and KPI target development.
- Lead business case preparation, ad-hoc analysis, and machine capacity/performance calculations.
- Collaborate directly with global teams without supervision.
