9. To manage the team of sleeve coordinators and to organize the structure, process and tactic of routines that meet the customers’ satisfaction in sleeve business. 10. To coordinate with IT personnel for the current and future improvement of the real time information for internal and external customer networking within the company’s business development (customer integration). 11.To coordinate with Project Department, freight forwarder and overseas office on the cargo handling and transport to customers (filling machine and downstream and sleeves in triangle business). 12.To negotiate with shipping company and freight forwarder on sea and air freight rates with an objective to keep cost in budget. 13.To manage logistics and warehouse management. 14.To support other departments within CBAS and other offices in logistics and expertise upon request. 15.To monitor and to assure the day-to-day logistics operation complies with the standard of Order to Delivery (OTD) processes. 16.To seek and develop the possibility to gain company position as reliable customers’ business partner in the areas which are needed by customers such as inventory management of customer, to interface company IT system into customer system, to plan raw materials, production and sleeves delivery in advance. 17.To cooperate with the Purchasing Department and seek the possibility to optimize stock of materials, parts with acceptable minimum risks. 18.Other tasks as assigned by superior. |
