 Automation Developer
The Automation Developer supports the digital transformation of the Business Service Center (BSC) by designing and implementing automation, AI-powered solutions, and business applications that improve efficiency, data visibility, and operational performance. The role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, optimizing administrative and technical processes, and enabling the adoption of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Copilot, and Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA tools, to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
  • Analyzing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
  • Developing and supporting automated workflows, bots, and intelligent process automation solutions, including monitoring, exception handling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems to enable seamless data exchange and process connectivity.
  • Implementing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies to enhance productivity and business operations.
  • Developing reporting, dashboards, and data visualization solutions that provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, process maps, and governance standards for automation and digital solutions.
  • Managing and supporting digital transformation initiatives while promoting innovation, adoption of new technologies, and continuous process improvement.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 3+ years of experience in automation development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA solutions.
  • Experience building integrations between systems, APIs, and databases.
  • Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Azure, SQL Server, and .NET technologies is a plus.
