1. Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of machines.
  2. Prepare technical reporting documents after on-site activity.
  3. Give online support to resolve customer issues.
  4. Attend machine FAT at factory
  5. Complete machine SAT within shortest possible time.
  6. Provide training to customer machine operators and make them competent to run the machine.
  7. Keep regular communication with customers to get repeat machine order.
  8. Support in achieving the service revenue.
  9. Give regular feedback to production and design for continual improvement in machine performance.
  10. Keeping track about timely delivery of Spares.
