8-10 years Experience in Horizontal form fill machines, Vertical form filling machine or packaging machine

1. Daily plan production activities
2. Get the machine assembly completed from workers as per plan schedule and as per required quality
3. Knowledge of Horizontal form fill machines / vertical form fill sealing machine setting and testing
4. Co-ordinate with internal department such purchase for shortages and order fulfilment on time
5. Skilled in drawing reading 3D and 2 D
6. Knowhow of General tolerance, dimensioning practices fits and allowances
7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes
8. Getting machine complete in targeted time and durations
9. Basic Know how of electrical and automations hardware
10. Collaborate with department such as stores, design and quality to meet timelines, quality requirement and solve issues
11. Expert in production planning
12. Ability to handle and manage team of worker /assembly technicians
13. Knowledge of and hands-on experience in using ERP, preferably BAAN/LN/SAP
14. Follow ISO 9001: 2015 Quality management system
15. Ensure Safe working practices are followed
