Recruitment, Onboarding and Separation

  • Assist in screening resumes received from different sources (Daily)
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers (Daily)
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding & exit documentation (AWR)
  • Employee Records & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee files aka Master data (digital and physical) (Monthly)
  • Process HR documentation such as Appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other disciplinary letters and PIP program (Monthly)
  • Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Update HRMS app, Collect and verify attendance and leave records and send to Payroll vendor for correct calculation and payment of salaries and benefits.  (Monthly
  • HR Operations
  • Support performance appraisal, Compliance training, Employees survey processes (Yearly).
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops as per competency matrix.  (Monthly)
  • Addition and Deletion of employees in GPA/GTL /GMC (Monthly).
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance check like- labor laws and company policies and return filling for POSH, SEA and other miscellaneous. (Monthly)
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.) and support in audits (Monthly).
  • Help to create new agreements or renewal of contracts with vendors (Monthly).

  • Point of contact for all queries raised by Chakan payroll employees. (Daily)
