Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for the plant project overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Organize and control project contractors and suppliers for all necessary project deliverable task, make time schedule for the project construction and process equipment procurement and installation, find out technical solution.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and resource requirements.
  • Develop full scale project plans.
  • Manage and control project budget and resource allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines with project team, production, maintenance and contractors/suppliers, and keep in update.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, coordinate between supplier and production for equipment installation.
  • Constantly monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions to project owner.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Monitor the equipment installation, ensure quality and follow up progress.
  • Research and qualify a reliable supplier of machines and parts.
  • Provide technical training as necessary to the project team.
  • Prepare and follow up LSW sheet and daily accountability board.
  • Keep working environment 5S.
  • Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Engineering fields.
  • At least 10 years of Project Management.
  • Engineering senses
  • Very Good English communication
  • Negotiation skill
  • Cooperation and Communication
