Key responsibilities
- Directs all aspects of production activity at the assigned plant to ensure that the desired quantities and quality of products are manufactured on schedule in a safe manner at minimum cost.
- Manages technical employees and line managers of operations team.
- Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance from senior management.
- Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
- Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
- Combination of knowledge in Injection moulding machines, high-speed Assembly line and utilities.
- Ensure adherence of certification standards like FSSC, BRC-GS, QMS, EHS, OHSAS.
- Developing and implementing the plant's strategic objectives in alignment with the overall company goals. This includes capacity planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Should be responsible for the profitable plant.
- Maintaining Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and driving productivity enhancement.
- Leads all functions within the plants.
- Budgeting and controlling overall cost.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies like SES, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- To ensure plant are working on waste reduction, recycling coordination, achievement of sustainability and regulatory requirements as per regulatory authority and rules.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Bechelors Engineering /Techonolgy any field.
- CIPET Plastic/ Polymer.
- Minimum 15+ years of experiance in Injection moulding company having hot runner mould with high cavitation and minimum cycle time.
- Work from Office-Factory only- Not Hybrid- Friday Weekly Off
- Knowldge in High Speed Assembly line will be preferred.
- Manufacturing of Fitments (Injection moulding articles) for flexible packaging industry will be preferred.
