Must have worked for 5 years W&H 5 layer blown film line machine as an Operator or Senior Operator 

• Handle BFL process problem with minimum losses.
• Machine run with minimum waste & high output and quality.
• Knowledge of filling production data in logbook and system.
• Knowledge of different Resin properties and there applications.
• Should maintain 5S on the shopfloor.
• Must have good knowledge of Nylon Barrier film .
• Knowledge of online troubleshooting.
• Handling shift activity smoothly.
• Minimum Secondary School Completed
