Job Skill required:
1. Knowledge about Injection mould. (90% Hot runner & 10% cold Runner)

2. Knowledge about injection mould trouble shooting of loading and unloading of moulds.

3. Knowledge about tool assembly and repair knowledge

Roles and responsibilities:
1.  Need to Maintain mould history card .
2.  Individual work on Mould maintenance (Especially Hot runner)
3.  Good knowledge about the new mould mfg. and Mould PM.
4.  Review of tool preventive maintenance plan.
6.  Hot Mould trouble shooting
7.  Knowledge about the spare management
08.Review & Reduce inventory Cost.

09.Manpower handling.

10.Independent Hot runner mould preventive & breakdown maintenance -Complete Opening and closing of mould.
