Key responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding- Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees.
- Knowledge in Audits like Sedex, ISO 9001-2015, FSSC, BRCGS.
- Training & Development- Competency Mapping and Skill Matrix and training calendar and training record.
- End to end Attendance and Payroll Including compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF and TDS.
- Wellbeing Activities- Celebrations Festivals, Birthdays and National and international days.
- General HR Operations- Various local, regional and global project implementation.
- Administration- Security, Canteen, House-keeping and company pick drop facility.
- Workforce Management- Agency employee Recruitment and selection and retention.
- HRMS management - HRMS application updating for all employees.
- Compliance- Compliance for licenses for HR department.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Must have go getter attitude.
- In office job- No Hybrid- No remote working-Sunday off-Flexible office timing.
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline with decent communication skill.
- Must work as HR-generalist with minimum experiance of 7+ years in manufacturing and system driven company.
- Candidate from Palghar will be preferred.
