Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the maintenance department.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Manage the maintenance budget, including parts, labour, and external service costs.

Monitor maintenance expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and safety.

Analyse maintenance data and prepare reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and downtime.

 

Continuous Improvement:

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
