  • Basic qualification Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Maintenance.
  • Deep knowledge of Projective, preventive & breakdown of IMM , Utility & electricity maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with Why analysis & root cause analysis.
  • Understand & read Hydraulic, electric & pneumatic drawings.
  • Preparation & maintain of ISO & related compliance documents.
  • Preparation machine history card.
  • Preparation of Monthly / Yearly budgeting & cost saving analysis.
  • Identifying team blow Skill Metrics .
  • Maintenance & repair of HRTC hot runner system in mold.
  • Know about Maintain Harmonics, capacitor maintain.
  • Knowledge of Generator maintenance.
  • Performs preventative maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installations on the factory equipment in assigned areas.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to perform and diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs.
  • General Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Blue-print Schematic Reading
  • Ability to maintain machine functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic control circuits.
  • Basic shop tools (hand tools, drills and lathes machine)
  • Hydraulics theory & functionality
  • Knowledge of Circuit design & layout
  • Basic pneumatic troubleshooting & repair
  • Building maintenance – plant lighting, compressors, chiller, water treatment plant, and emergency lighting
  • Participate in cost saving / improvements projects.
