Key responsibilities
- Safety should be the top priority while working.
- Must have good understanding of injection moulding machine & auxiliary equipment.
- Must read and understand electrical drawings, circuit design and layout.
- Preparation of machine history card.
- Must have knowledge in maintenance and repair of HRTC hot runner system in mould.
- Must have knowledge in maintaining harmonics and capacitors.
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic leaks and maintenance.
- General knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic blueprint and schematic readings.
- Maintaining 5S at the workplace.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Must hold Diploma or Degree in Electrical engineering with 5 years of experience in Injection moulding industry.
- OR Minimum ITI with 10 years of experience in Injection moulding industry.
- Must have ability to solve problems and do root cause analyses.
- Must knowledge in machine troubleshooting.
