Global Marketing Intern / Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)
Join our dynamic BIBSP Global Marketing team and gain hands-on experience contributing to high-impact global strategies and marketing campaigns. This temporary, part-time internship is ideal for individuals looking to grow their marketing skills while supporting real-world initiatives that align with company and customer goals.
- Maintain: Keep inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed and support the maintenance of global internal tools and resources.
- Marketing campaigns: Coordinate marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and conferences as outlined in the global brand strategy.
- Reports: Prepare reports across range of internal and external activities to track program and content success.
- Content creation: Create content such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social content, e-books and track performance of content creation.
- Liaise with regional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
- Copy: Produce copy for websites, advertisements, emails, and other formats.
- This is a paid internship, with wages based on experience and market standards.
- In accordance with the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act, eligible interns will accrue 1 hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked, available after 90 days of employment.
- Workers’ compensation and other employment protections apply in compliance with Illinois state law.
- This position is not eligible for health insurance or retirement benefits due to part-time, temporary status.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, Social Media, Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Work Schedule & Duration:This is a part-time role limited to a maximum of 30 hours per week. The position is expected to run for 2 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
