Customer Service- Shipping & Receiving Administrator
SUMMARY OF ROLE
COMPENSATION: $22.00 per hour- $26.00 per hour
The Customer Service Administrator communicates directly with internal and external customers by assisting in the spare parts department for Bag-in Box/ Spouted Pouch filling equipment. #LI-Onsite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Print and process daily sales orders from LN (pick sheets) and pull inventory accordingly
- Prepare parts for shipment; pack and process shipments in LN (generate packing lists)
- Create domestic and international shipping labels using UPS and FedEx systems
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; allocate materials per purchase orders (Sales, Projects, Stock)
- Pull inventory to fulfill Production Orders and process transactions in LN
- Support general warehouse operations and assist internal customers, including Engineering and Production teams
- Serve as backup for Customer Service and invoicing functions
- Provide backup support for international shipping and documentation
- Perform inventory and warehouse adjustments as needed
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, customer service, or a related role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (LN experience a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures preferred
