AP Imaging Clerk-Temp (Part-Time)

SUMMARY OF ROLE

COMPENSATION: $20.00-$25 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Imaging Clerk to support our Finance team on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate storage of Accounts Payable documents within the company’s document imaging system. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in accounting or office operations—no prior experience required. 

This role will be a 2 month assignment, may be extended based on business need.

Part-time, temporary position (not eligible for full-time conversion) 

Workdays: Tuesday & Wednesday 

Flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Initially onsite in Northlake, IL, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an at-will employer, SIG reserves the right to add to or modify this list to the extent it deems necessary.

• Scan and upload Accounts Payable (A/P) documentation into the imaging system
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Link new documents to existing records within the system
• Assist with opening and distributing incoming mail for A/P
• Provide backup support for invoice entry as needed
• Support projects related to audit and compliance requirements
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with general administrative tasks

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable and able to start as soon as possible
