• Cash and liquidity management:
  o Oversee daily cash positions across multiple entities and currencies
  o Ensure the company meets its short-term obligations and operational needs efficiently
  o Implement centralized cash and liquidity management structures to minimize idle cash and borrowing costs, improving overall financial efficiency.
  o Collaborate with the team in forecasting future cash flows to enable better planning and optimization of available funds
• Treasury technology and process optimization:
  o Lead process automation and digitalization initiatives
  o Manage TMS (Coupa) and bookkeeping interface to SAP
  o Support in treasury integration in S4H implementation
  o Drive bank connectivity integration
• Reporting / Projects:
  o Prepare and present treasury reports and forecasts and provide input in strategic initiatives
  o Lead global and cross-functional projects to implement long-term treasury strategy and support business growth 
  o Collaborate with business and other functions to support working capital optimisation
  o Ad-hoc support to the team on funding and capital structure, risk management, and trade finance topics.

• 6-10 years of treasury experience, preferably with an in-house role in a multinational environment
• Qualification: Bachelor / Master degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics, professional qualifications such as ACT, CTP, or CFA are nice-to-have.
• Language: English is mandatory (strong written and verbal communication skills required). Additional language (German or other) is considered an advantage.
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury systems
• Familiar with payment interfaces (EBICS, SWIFT, etc) and payment formats (MT and camt)
• Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and ERP integration. 
• Proven track record in process optimization and technology implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
