Program Governance & Pipeline Management

• Build and manage the global pipeline of cost take-out, efficiency, and productivity initiatives across all SIG factories and regions.
• Lead the stage-gate governance from idea generation to execution, ensuring business case robustness, prioritization, and benefit realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance) to identify synergies and unlock performance improvement opportunities ensuring synchronization with R&D and internal stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Financial Alignment

• Establish and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for program progress, savings, and risk tracking.
• Work closely with Finance to validate savings methodologies and ensure traceability of benefits to the P&L.
• Provide regular executive reporting to Operations and Finance leadership on status, forecast, and gap-closure plans.

Culture & Organization Design Development

• Support the rollout of the new Operations organizational model, clarifying roles, processes, and interfaces.
• Facilitate change management, communication, and capability building for successful adoption across plants and regions.
• Partner with HR, Operations Leaders, and Transformation Office to ensure governance continuity and sustainability.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Transfer

• Identify and scale best practices across regions and factories.
• Promote Lean and digital enablers to sustain efficiency improvements.
• Foster a performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and accountability.

• Education: University degree or equivalent; master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Transformation roles within industrial manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes.
• Proven track record in leading complex cost-out and efficiency programs across multiple sites and regions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L benefit validation.
• Strategic thinking and systems perspective with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence across senior levels and diverse cultures.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with a change leadership and coaching mindset.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification preferred.
