• Specification, Planning and sourcing of assembly and test systems in collaboration with the global Project Team, R&D, Purchasing, SCM and Quality Management
• Carrying out design reviews and progress checks
• Planning, execution and documentation of FATs and SATs
• Supporting the production facilities on site during system startup
• On-site training of operating and maintenance personnel
• Planning and implementation of maintenance and servicing measures
• Site responsibility as "Engineer in Charge". This includes supporting the site with technical matters as well as spare parts management.
• Reaching specified KPI`s, taking ownership and initiating continuous improvement of the system

• Completed engineering studies or technician education in the field of automation
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the field of special machine construction and image processing systems
• Experience in the training of operating and maintenance personnel
• High service orientation and "hands-on mentality"
• Experience with assignments abroad, travel activity approx. 25%
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and responsibility
