WAREHOUSE AND SPARE PARTS ANALYST

 

Manage and properly control the Parts Warehouse(s), 3PL Service Providers, Parts Logistics, Service Max, Preventative Maintenance Program, Quality and Special Projects, as well as provide support in the purchase of spare parts from SIG Intercompany. The first contact with the customer all interactions related to shipments of parts.

 

 

Key job functions

 

  • Responsible for 3PL Warehouse Services with receiving inventory/returns filling customer orders, inventory management/replenishment of stock, maintaining all records and files (Import, customs, duties, etc.) Works with set routines for support of the SIG Parts Warehouse(s) (PWH) through the 3PL.
  • Record all purchase orders in the SAP System of the order received by the customer. Identify orders that require special handling, such as emergency orders or large shipments. Monitoring the status of orders to ensure delivery is made on the scheduled date.
  • Responsible for all Preventative Maintenance Programs (PM’s) parts/orders and execution of deliveries within set timetables.
  • Works with the After Sales service team to provide all SIG parts to our customers.
  • Initiate, process and monitor all logistics claims.
  • Works with the inventory coordinator to support the SIG parts process.
  • Support for Service Max Program-following set SIG Processes.
  • Supports the process for Quality Parts Claims-following set SIG Processes.
  • Support Special Projects with all the parts needs, issues
  • Supports the process for Quality Parts Claims-following set SIG Processes.
  • Keep the After Sales Team Leader (ASTL) informed of all problems and / or potential problems related to shipments, deliveries and inventory, with the delivery confirmations. (In/Out Bound)
  • Optimize PWH operations and manage costs through continuous improvement.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluent in English
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • SAP (Must)
  • Driver license. (Must)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the area. (Must)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business. (Must)
  • Residence in Mexico City. (Preferred)
