· Execute onsite interventions (corrective / preventive maintenances, optimization / mustpoint implementations…), working individually or as part of a team, in accordinace with prescribed intervals and procedures. Ensure proper setting and functionality of maintained equipment, and comply with relevant customer / SIG safety and working regulations at all times

· Support colleagues and customers with remote diagnostics and corrective maintenance as required (via phone, tablet, notebook etc)

· Support machine / line installation or disassembly activities (projects)

· Advise customer operator / maintenance / QC staff in preparing, cleaning and maintenance of filling lines by providing appropriate knowledge and information. Immediately inform customer and SIG supervisor if machines are not operated / maintained per official documentation.

· Prepare replaced spare parts for claim / repair procedure to reduce operational costs. Ensure spare parts consignment stocks are optimumly maintained where applicable

· Provide accurate and timely reporting of activites as required, using prescribed tools / platforms, to give customer and SIG a good visibility of interventions

· Actively monitor customer filling lines for opportunities to improve production, performance, reliability and / or quality. Communicate them adequately into the organization and share the potential with SIG supervisor and / or customer

· Participate in trainings necessary to meet and maintain competency, and join all relevant internal and customer meetings as required

· Provide ongoing technical advice, coaching and mentoring to less experienced Field Service Engineers to buildup team competencies

· Accomplish special tasks as assigned by supervisor and inline with the best interests of SIG Combibloc
