Intern Service Back Office Iberia (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and follow-up customer requests regarding spare-parts, manpower services, training etc. in close collaboration with the Service Account Manager
  • Contact person for Service team members and for the Project Account Manager for any organisational topic concerning the responsible accounts
  • Support the Service Account Manager in planning the Field Service Engineers by organizing e.g. travel activities, fulfilling necessary administartive tasks etc.
  • Handling of safety documents
  • Handle external and internal training activities according to training schedule and established development plan
  • Support in preparing customer visits (e.g. presentations)
  • Administrative support in handling external technical and process complaints
  • Execute analysis of customers behavior (SP consumption, maintenance activities, etc.)

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • You have recently graduated (less than 12m) in any of the following: Economics / Business Administration
  • You are eager to learn and to collaborate with diverse and multidisciplinary teams with a positive can-do attitude being enthusiastic and passionate about what you do
  • You are a team-player
  • You have very good MS Office skills (SAP nice to have)
  • You have strong communication skills and good written and spoken language skills (English & Spanish must have; German is nice to have).
  • Additionally, a strategic mindset will help, meaning you can always link details to a bigger picture
