Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Produktionsstandort Wittenberg eine/n Leiter/-in Mechanische Instandhaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Hauptaufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Mechanik‑Teams einschließlich Motivation, Leistungssteuerung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Fach‑ und Sicherheitsstandards
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagen‑ und Maschinenverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Budgetvorgaben, Qualität, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung präventiver, zustandsorientierter und vorausschauender Instandhaltungsstrategien
- Identifikation und nachhaltige Beseitigung technischer Schwachstellen sowie aktive Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung technischer und organisatorischer Prozesse (z. B. 5S, KVP)
- Steuerung des Störungsmanagements einschließlich Koordination externer Dienstleister und Fremdfirmen
- Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsprojekten, Großmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung von Investitions‑ und Umbauprojekten
- Verantwortung für Ersatzteilmanagement, Beschaffung sowie die effiziente Nutzung materieller und personeller Ressourcen
- Analyse von Instandhaltungsdaten, Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Berichten und Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit aller Instandhaltungsaktivitäten
- Wahrnehmung der Betreiberverantwortung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller geltenden Arbeitssicherheits‑, Hygiene‑, Brand‑ und Umweltschutzvorgaben
Du bringst diese Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) Metall, Mechatronik oder Instandhaltung oder zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Instandhaltungstechnik mit mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Alternativ bzw. ergänzend eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der vorbeugenden, zustandsorientierten und vorausschauenden Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
- Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge sowie analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Anlagenzuständen und zur Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung technischer Projekte
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts‑ und Kostenbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Führungs‑ und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT‑Systemen und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit Instandhaltungs‑ und Dokumentationssystemen
