Service Account Coordinator Nordic & Benelux

Following the organizational changes and to strengthen the activities of SIG in Nordic and Benelux area, we are looking for a Service Account Coordinator Nordic & Benelux with immediate effect. The role is supported by the Service Account Manager and active line organization. You will be joining a growing and active business area with a dedicated and motivating team, supported by the other back offices and SIG colleagues.
The location of the job can either be on the Linnich Site in Germany or a remote office in Finland. We offer flexibility to work from home and this role is fully stationary with no frequent need to travel to customers.
- Handle and follow up customer requests regarding spare parts, manpower services, training etc.
- Contact person for service and account team members
- Coordinate local FSEs and support service team by organizing e.g. travel itineraries and arrangements, fulfilling necessary administrative tasks etc.
- Handle external and internal training activities according to training schedules and established development plan
- Administrative support in handling external technical and process complaints
- Introduction and follow-up of correct usage of defined processes and tools Servicemaxx SPOC (e.g. key user, creation of service requests, work orders, approval hours, creating reports, keeping track of due dates etc.)
- Execute analysis of service activities (SP consumption, maintenance etc.)
- Support in establishing service agreements and ensuring correct implementation
- Track and ensure correct payments of service and vendor invoices
- Support in the budget process and financial performance tracking (service KPIs)
- Administrating back office and daily operational tasks
- Act as a key point of contact with customers, vendors, banks, officials, serving agent
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in service, internal sales, and/ or customer interface role
- Proficient knowledge of SAP
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), and other language skills seen as an asset, e.g. German, Swedish, Finnish
- A permanent employment
