Senior SAP QM Expert

With a global presence and a focus on efficiency and quality, we are looking for an experienced SAP QM expert to support our team in ​​quality management and play a key role in the further development and optimization of our SAP processes. 

In addition, the person acts as a central knowledge carrier in their process and technology areas and supports their colleagues in acquiring the necessary knowledge in the respective processes and technologies.  

The role owner executes management of global projects targeting OTIF and supports all required concepts in their area of process responsibility. 

Key responsibilities

• Business process management / consulting, application development and configuration in quality management along the entire logistic process (Purchase, Warehousing, Production, Sales, Customer Service). 
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of SAP QM processes in close collaboration with the global business units and international locations in the context of projects, workshops and day-to-day operations 
• Support in the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules, particularly MM, SD, CS, DM and PP as well as further external systems. 
• Creation of business and technical concepts that may include handover for implementation 
• Close cooperation and control of internal and external development channels 
• Vendor management – external development partners and system integrators 
• Leading workshops and training for the transfer of process knowledge to the respective team colleagues 
• Responsibility for the implementation / customizing, and ongoing support of the SAP QM modules 

You bring these skills, experience & education

• University degree or similar, alternatively, proven track record and experience. Minimum 6 years’ experience in SAP QM. 
• Very good knowledge of SAP Quality Management, additional skills in further areas like SAP PP, DM (Digital Manufacturing) are welcome
• In-depth knowledge of customization and processes in the SAP QM module
• Support of our internal customers in the implementation of IT solutions across all project phases.
• Evaluate implementations and perform customizations and development in SAP.
• Analytical thinking and a high level of diligence in working methods
• Ability to work in a team and interest in international collaboration
• English (B2), German (B2)
• Proficient handling of MS M365 products
