Senior Field Service Technician (m/w/d)
- Ensuring the most efficient operation of our packaging lines on customer site, naturally taking into account economic and technical aspects.
- Perform systematic analyses to identify the root cause of problems and achieve a permanent solution or prepare a detailed problem description if the cause cannot be identified. Packaging lines include various machines such as Tray Packer, Multipacker, Spout- and Straw Applicators and Accumulators.
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions both mechanical, electronic and also automation.
- Support optimization of prototype machines on customer site
- Install rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Worldwide travel to customers
- Completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics / electrical or automation engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Striving for high customer satisfaction, delivering excellent solutions for the customer
- A demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment efficiently
- High level of communication skills
- Experience: 5-10 years in technical/equipment/machinery experience in an equipment manufacturing service based industry. Involving all levels of complexity including trouble shooting on the above equipment.
