Key responsibilities
 
  • Take end-to-end ownership of filling line projects across Europe, from project preparation through installation, commissioning and final handover to After-Sales.
  • Calculate project costs and support Key Account Management with sales pitches, offers and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate the ordering of all required equipment and the preparation of technical documentation, including layouts and project planning.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external project kick-off meetings and ensure effective communication across all involved stakeholders.
  • Steer installation execution, commissioning, testing and project handover, ensuring an On Time In Full (OTIF) approach.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical and project-related issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across different European countries.
 
You bring these skills, experience & education

 

  • Technical university degree, preferably in Dairy Engineering, Food Technology or a related technical field, or a relevant technical education.
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in the liquid food and beverage sector, preferably within a dairy environment.
  • Strong technical and engineering skills combined with solid project management experience.
  • Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing situations and sales pitches.
  • Highly structured, organized and self-driven, with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in international and intercultural environments and coordinating stakeholders across different countries.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support colleagues and customers in achieving shared objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and commitment to company objectives.
  • Fluent/competent working proficiency in German and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, particularly Excel; basic knowledge of SAP and MS Project.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Additional European languages such as Spanish, French or Italian, as well as SOLIDWORKS knowledge, would be an advantage
