Starting immediately, we are looking for a Head of Market Controlling (m/f/d) to join our team in Linnich (NRW) on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering and ensuring strong financial governance, transparency, and performance rigor across the European commercial organization
- Creating high-impact commercial analyses across pricing, margins, profitability, market investments, and scenario planning
- Translating financial insights into actionable recommendations for strategic and commercial decision-making, acting as a trusted sparring partner to European Sales and business leadership
- Owning and continuously enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the European commercial organization
- Contributing to the development and execution of the European commercial strategy as part of the extended European Leadership Team
- Leading, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver best-in-class business support
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong focus on commercial controlling
- FP&A experience is preferred but not essential
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or multinational finance teams in a matrix organization
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial performance
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and strong analytical skills
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
