Service & Key Account Manager-West Africa

 

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Customer point of contact for packaging materials, spares parts, field service team and all after-sales engagement. 
  • Responsible to drive both lateral and upward growth across all SIG business streams with assigned customers 
  • Responsible for supporting customers’ needs across all business touchpoints ensuring customer satisfaction and experience whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions to SIG in the business area. 
  • Maintain relationship with and manage the key account customers pertaining to SIG aftersales offerings. 
  • Grow aftersales profitability through added value offerings, adapt cluster services strategy to business area, direct and implement Service Master Plan in the area.
  • Manpower planning and job assignment for daily/weekly FSE production supervision tasks and follow-up for sites reports.
  • Resource planning and coordination for new projects installations, ad hoc requests, breakdowns, development, etc.
  • Responsible for driving optimal line performance and handle issue resolution following SIG service protocols
  • Plan and drive regular key account meetings. 

You bring these skills, experience & education

 

  • Educational background: Engineering Diploma/Degree
  • Technology knowledge: 5-10yrs Experience in aseptic industry and/or Food strongly preferred
  • English Language: Proficiency in written & verbal English is a must.
  • Other Language:  French is a plus
