[Commercial Excellence Manager]

Important of the roles:

Drive commercial excellence initiatives for AP-S by working with business owners in each market to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales methodologies, processes and organization to support growth ambitions within the Cluster.

 Provide support on key meetings for the region (eg - LTM, GEB meeting, Strategy setting), manage project pipelines and support on information & operational dashboard.

Best practice sales approaches and capability building:

  • Support business owners in each market with the implementation/execution of sales approaches and methodologies with focus on Value Based Solution Selling
  • Coach/train sales teams in each market
  • Act as business partner for markets in relation to sales approaches/methologies to support capability building and adoption

Commercial offers:

  • Support key account management teams and business owners craft strategically relevant and financially sound commercial proposals, incl.  Business Cases
  • Serve as sounding board and support development of negotiation strategies

 Customer relationship management (CRM) Tool:

  • Drive CRM tool adoption and track results
  • Continuously evaluate usability/usage and suggest and implement improvement measures

Provide support to regional office on:

 

  • Creating compelling presentations and support for key meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Support in tracking and managing the pipeline of ongoing projects and
    opportunities, linked to driving commercial excellence.
  •  Design and help maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
    (KPIs), project status, and business metrics.
  • Track and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are met, and
    timelines are adhered to

 Pricing strategy:

  • Support development and refinement of pricing strategy in dynamic market environment
  • Support business owners in each market with the implementation/execution of the pricing strategy
  • Develop/finetune pricing tools and train/coach sales teams in each market
