[Field Service Engineer]
- Install and configure equipment or systems according to specifications.
- Conduct on-site setup and calibration to ensure optimal performance
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs on-site
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Offer technical support and guidance for equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Stay informed about new technologies and updates related to the equipment serviced.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prior experience in a technical or engineering role, particularly in field service or maintenance.
- Experience working with specific types of equipment or systems relevant to the job.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong service and support skills.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide exceptional service.

Degree Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is typically required.
- Some positions may accept equivalent technical certifications or experience in lieu of a formal degree.
