Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate on technical design, configuration and further project- and support related tasks
- Continuous process improvements
- Watch and coordinate lifecycle activities
- Understanding and support of integrations to other platform incl. incident coordination and issues mitigations
- Support the definition of future HCM strategy by bringing in technical and functional expertise
- Be a part of our transition towards S/4 HANA and Successfactors.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Degree in Business Informatics/Business Administration or alternatively relevant years of comparable professional experience
- Project Management experience
- Fluent level of business English
- Solution oriented mentality with high affinity for new technologies and standardization
- Strong experience in SAP Successfactors modules, especially Employee Central, is a must.
- Experience in SAP ECC HCM modules desirable
- Concur experience optional.
- Knowledge in process and cloud integrations
