Executive-IMM (Injection Moulding Machine)

Key responsibilities
  • Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Load raw materials and monitor material consumption during production.
  • Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and routine operating checks.
  • Monitor production parameters and report abnormalities immediately.
  • Conduct visual inspection of moulded components to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Segregate defective products and inform the supervisor/quality team.
  • Perform mould and insert cleaning as per instructions.
  • Ensure proper handling and seggrgation of finished goods.
  • Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
  • Support mould changes and machine setup activities when required.
  • Follow Safety, Quality, and housekeeping (5S), and company guidelines and work instructions.
  • Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
  • Assist maintenance personnel during breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Diplona/Degree- Polymer, Plastic, CIPET Plastic with 5+ years of experiance (or ITI with 10+ years of experiance.)
  • MS Office
  • Must work in 3 rotational shifts as per production requirements. (Must be physically fit) 
  • Must work in Shop-floor manufacturing environment.
  • Must use of required PPE's as per PPE Matrix 
  • Candidate from Hot runner mould experiance in injection moulding machine will be preferred. 
  • Subsidesed Canteen, Free Pick drop.
  • GMC, GPA, GTL, PF, ESIC. (All the benefit of social security.)
