Technicien SAV itinérant (Field Service Engineer) (m/f/d)
- Respond internally and externally to customer requests.
- Information gathering and critical analysis of the assembly documents made available for customer services (new assemblies, modifications, optimizations, inspections, repairs, maintenance, etc).
- Carry out assembly work independently and rigorously or according to the instructions of a line manager.
- The customer's essential contact person for all assignments.
- Execution of commissioning and acceptance of machines, if necessary with the corresponding instructions.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging lines in accordance with the relevant maintenance lists.
- Installation of optimizations on our equipment.
- Acting as an advisor and expert to the customer and the customer's personnel through piloting, maintenance, assistance and spare parts.
- Analysis of complaints or - processing according to procedure - of the content of the complaints.
- Clarification of the measures to be taken in collaboration with the customer or the hierarchy.
- Drawing up a circumstantial report within the framework of the company's guidelines.
- Reassuring dialogue, situation control, and listening to the customer.
- Setting up our machines in the agri-food industry.
- Provide after-sales service (preventive/curative maintenance).
- Use all its skills to solve complex situations in a sustainable way.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to counterparts.
- Electromechanical training, computer basics.
- Mechanical competencies and experience.
- Knowledge of SPS controls Siemens (S7), Elau and Schneider.
- Initiative spirit and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to stress management.
- Strong proposal force, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel 80%
