Trainee Learning & Development

 

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including scheduling sessions, managing registrations, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and preparing certificates 
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, managing course data, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date 
  • Monitor training participation and completion, maintain learner records, and generate basic reports to support L&D operations 
  • Prepare and organize training materials and resources for both digital and instructor-led learning sessions 
  • Support trainers and stakeholders with coordination and logistics related to learning activities 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training administration processes and LMS-related tasks 
  • Develop your professional skills through a structured development plan, with a focus on training coordination, LMS support, and learning operations 

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Education, HR, Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (final-year students welcome)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English 
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively 
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools such as Canva or the M365 package
