Team Leader Order Management with German


Manage a team in an operational hands-on way to get orders smooth, accurate and efficiently to the customers and in the same time provide them with a perfect customer service. Target maximum satisfaction along the process while securing the company goals. 

Key responsibilities
  • Lead an Order Management team hands on and operationally in daily business;
  • Interface to European Supply Chain Organization and is responsible at Tier 2 for escalations within the Supply Chain area;
  • Monitor/improve departments KPI’s and drive improvements and automation for established processes;
  • Data analysis and tracking of sleeves and cylinders stock and if required exchange with the customer for timely delivery/scrapping;
  • Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships;
  • Actively manage stakeholders in ensuring the completion of requirements and activities;
  • Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities;
  • Enable and develop the environment for the team to be properly trained and ensure growth;
  • Motivate and inspire team members by setting a good example for the team;
  • Act as mediator between management, stakeholders and team members to facilitate good communication and handling of complaints;

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Strong experience in service center order management process or other customer facing roles
  • 1-3 years experience in leading teams
  • Analytical thinking
  • SAP knowledge 
  • Customer oriented problem solver 
  • Fluency in business English & German
