Sustainability Reporting Manager
Our sustainability reporting provides stakeholders with essential insights into our SIG sustainability journey. As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring our disclosures are insightful, accurate, and compliant with reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization to meet sustainability reporting obligations and maintain a comprehensive overview of all reporting requirements.
- Support the Group Finance Accounting and Reporting team in maintaining and executing the sustainability reporting roadmap, as well as in designing and implementing processes to anticipate and integrate relevant regulations into the business.
- Assist the global organization in designing, implementing, and executing non-financial reporting processes and controls.
- Collaborate with peers to identify and implement best practices in the organization’s sustainability reporting processes.
- Monitor the latest developments in sustainability reporting standards and regulations to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Coordinate third-party validation of sustainability reporting data.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably as a consultant to multinational companies on emerging non-financial reporting requirements, including gap analyses, roadmaps, and process and control implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging sustainability standards and regulations (e.g., EU CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, due diligence, Swiss non-financial matter reporting).
- Proven experience in establishing data management reporting processes and tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in English.
