Spouts (allCap) Controlling Manager

 

Key responsibilities
 
  • Finance business partner of plant management team (plant in Neuhausen, Switzerland)
  • Strategic partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights and participate in decision-making process
  • Single point of contact for team members and content lead;
  • Responsibility for all reporting aspects of legal entity “allCap” (month end closing, budgeting, forecasting, statutory requirements, and other requests);
  • Calculation, analysis & tracking of spout prices and its drivers (material cost, manufacturing cost, etc.) for allCap product portfolio;
  • Handling allCap Leasing contracts for spout lines;
  • Support in local improvement initiatives for plant;
  • Keep cost awareness in local plant high;
  • Tracking of local and global production KPIs;
  • Local and global inventory management (spare parts, stock count, etc.);
  • Lead of plant Finance Pillar in continuous improvement program;
  • Participation in projects where plant is affected;
  • Manage local CAPEX request (plant PNE equipment)

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
 
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent, with specialization in finance and/or a further education in the area of controlling
  • 5-10 years' experience in controlling
  • Intermediate knowledge in different SAP modules (CO, FI, MM)
  • Good IFRS accounting knowledge
  • Strong skills in Excel (intermediate level minimum) and Power Point.
  • Fluent in English, German (basic knowledge) is a plus
