Spare Parts Order Processing Analyst with German (f/m/d)

 

Key responsibilities
  • Acceptance & verification of orders sent by e-mail, in SAP or in WEB store.
  • Quotation creation and tracking according to specifications
  • Opening of a sales order in SAP using the above mentioned order data and the given definitions of order types and delivery priorities.
  • In case of delivery times deviating from the customer's requested date, clarify with scheduling, if necessary, whether suppliers can deliver earlier. If necessary, clarify with the customer whether a later delivery date is permissible.
  • Generation of order confirmation via SAP and dispatch by direct printout from SAP or by e-mail.
  • Carrying out regular backorder processing (e.g. checking / rescheduling order items).
  • Communication with the customer (verbal and written) mainly in English (e.g. in case of queries regarding delivery date or technology)
  • Creation / reading of logistic KPI.
  • Participation in regular videoconferences with the different Combibloc companies, partly in English and German language
  • Participation in team meetings/workshops
  • Providing technical input, taking into account the current and implemented processes in the area of spare parts management
  • Processing of the tasks taken over for the specialist department
  • Identifying and clarifying problems from the department's point of view
  • If necessary, documentation of process steps and problems as a basis for decision-making for project managers.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge: (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent level in German & English
