• Manage end-to-end procurement operations from requisition to PO placement, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
• Serve as the primary operational interface for internal stakeholders, guiding them through the procurement journey and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Proactively collaborate with suppliers, Category Managers, Accounts Payable, Master Data, and other functions to resolve supply-related issues and maintain continuity.
• Oversee supplier coordination on delivery, documentation, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high-quality procurement data across systems (e.g.,ERP,  SAP, Bravo, .xls,etc..), including supplier records, catalogs, and PO tracking.
• Support sourcing execution in alignment with supplier selection standards and category strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to evaluations and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and approval workflows throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Promote automation and digitalization to enhance procurement efficiency and scalability
• Track and report key procurement KPIs, including on-time delivery and PR-to-PO cycle time, Number of POs not covered by contract processed  per annum, % issues resolved within one day, No touch rate, and so on

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;
• Fluent in English (C level), additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage.
• SAP, Excel advanced
• ERM, SRM, digital procurement tools familiarity
