Service Backoffice Analyst

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and secure service back office business procedures, supporting the best fulfillment of customer requests and driving SIG business and profit.
  • Is responsible for invoicing service activities: spare parts, manpower and lumpsum
  • Is responsible for other activities related to service: Mustpoints Ordering, Yearly CS, TCL booking and invoicing, internal bookings and invoicing.
  • Works with ticketing systems ServiceMaxx, ZVRU, SAP
  • Supports and handles closures (MEC/ YE/HC)
  • Secures and checks correct value flows in CS/PS SAP/BW
  • Is responsible as a process trainer for own processes
  • Ensures the correct information is filled in process control files
  • Ensure correct input data in payroll related topic
  • Act as a backup/substitute for his colleagues (analyst, senior analyst or specialist)
  • Becomes acquainted with and applies correctly the legislation, the general and specific norms in the field of occupational safety and health and the different procedures in accordance with the specific nature of the workplace;
  • Attends periodical training in the field of occupational safety and health and in the field of fire prevention and extinction;
  • Carries out his/her activity at the workplace in compliance with the occupational safety and health norms, the fire prevention and extinction norms, the norms of health and individual hygiene at the workplace;
  • Knows the risk factors and the professional diseases specific to the workplace;
  • Identifies the dangers arising at the workplace and reports these dangers to the person competent to take measures, according to the procedures specific to the workplace;

  • Uses the work equipments correctly;
  • Communicates immediately to the employer and/or appointed workers/internal/external department for prevention and protection any labor situation with regard to which he/she has grounded reasons to regard it as a danger for the safety and health of the workers, as well as any deficiency of the protection systems
  • Notifies to the management of the company and/or the hierarchical superior the accidents suffered by his/her own person;
  • Cooperates with the employer and/or appointed workers/internal/external department for prevention and protection in order to facilitate the accomplishment of any measures or requirements ordered by the labour and sanitary inspectors, for the protection of the workers’ health and safety;
  • Cooperates with the employer and/or appointed workers/internal/external department for prevention and protection in order to allow the employer to make sure that the work environment and the work conditions are safe and without any risks for safety and health, in his/her field of activity;
  • Ensures the provision of information requested by the labor and sanitary inspectors.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge: (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent level in English
  • Any other language is an advantage
