Procurement Compliance Specialist

Scope: Handle daily operational tasks such as analyzing and updating supplier information, coordinating with buyers and suppliers on CSR assessments, and reporting ESG KPIs. Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient processes through accurate data management and clear documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze supplier information for ESG risk assessments; identify compliance gaps and collect missing data according to internal procedures.
  • Maintain and organize supplier documents and spend data, ensuring all files are accurately stored and easy to retrieve.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to standardize and streamline supplier risk and CSR processes, including creating and updating work instructions.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with responsible buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet SIG’s CSR and sustainability requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual ESG KPI reports.
  • Coordinate supplier CSR assessments and audits, including invitations, follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support CSR initiatives such as buyer and supplier training sessions and supplier development programs.
  • Drive supplier development actions through coordination, follow-up, and progress tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to smaller CSR-related projects.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in ESG/Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.). 
  • Proven experience in data analytics.
