Market Controlling Support Specialist

 

Key responsibilities
  • Handling Credit Limit releases  - perform credit checks, check overdues, open orders, ordering/payment behavior, etc.
  • Active involvement in the yearly review process of Credit Limits across EU region – annual checking & setting of credit limits for all customers & kick off internal approval flows 
  • Handling production orders – check open orders on hand, Credit limit inquiry to enable start of production
  • Overdue handling per area (join regional overdue calls) & drive specific actions aimed at reducing & keeping under control the overdues 
  • Pre checking of PCTs in collaboration with Market Controllers & Sales team
  • Attending all Cluster Calls in order to document key decision points and collect approvals via Teams/Mail (or automated solution)
  • Execution/Implement/Document of CC approval with Business Operations e.g. new pricing contract 
  • Post calculation for Projects for milestone meeting (after a filler is set up & deployed, there is a calculation of all actual costs related to that filler. Info is stored for global reporting on all PCT deployments – cross check each PCT after 1/2/3/ years)
  • Monitor deployments of lines – (is the deployment in line with what had been initially agreed & approved). 
  • Reporting activities (filler reports,overdue report, etc.)
  • IMEA / New Markets handling – month end closing activities, checking / releasing of production orders  
  • Transactional tasks such as sales accruals checks, bonus accruals, etc.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Controlling, Sales, or other similar position
  • Advanced level of English, any other EU language represents an advantage  
  • Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word specifically)
  • Ability to apply an organized, methodical, and consistent approach
  • SAP knowledge is considered a plus
